My order of baby bibs was easy. I ordered 2 bibs. Only was was actually in stock and was excellent quality when received. But, the customer service in Mooch was excellent. One of the bibs was unavailable. I had a telephone call from a staff member, sincerely apologising for the oversite on their website, refunded the cost of the bib AND as a courtesy refunded the postal charge also. I wasn't bothered about the postal refund but was really impressed being updated with a telephone call, not just an apology email. Thank you Mooch.
