Miffy

Miffy was "born" in 1955. While on holiday in the Netherlands, Dick Bruna would tell his son bedtime stories about a little white bunny in their garden, which became Miffy's inspiration. Her official birthday is June 21st (she shares it with Prince William!). Dick Bruna created each Miffy illustration by hand with pencil, black poster paint, and coloured card, sometimes taking a whole day to get her expression just right! Miffy plush toys are the perfect cuddly friends!
