The three hero notes within our Relax and Release are Marjoram, Nutmeg and Lavender.
Marjoram is a relative of Oregano, it has a wonderfully calming and sedative effect on the mind and body. I love the way the warm, woody aroma blends with the tension releasing effects of Nutmeg, which layers beautifully with Lavender, an excellent harmonising oil, known for its wondrous ability to calm the nervous system.
